Our commitment is to create a welcoming and secure space that residents can truly call home. Collaborating closely with social service agencies, we strive to empower our residents by providing them with the essential resources they require on their journey to self sufficiency.
Housing Options at Rising Tide
We rent shared and private rooms at affordable rates. Rates include all utilities, wifi, and household supplies in a gated property with a house manager on site.
We also offer Reserved Housing for our agency partners, ensuring housing on demand for their clients.

Our private rooms are spacious and provide sleeping and workspace. Rooms can be configured with a twin or full-sized bed. Some rooms have an attached private bathroom.

Shared bedrooms provide accommodations for two people. Rooms are furnished with comfort and privacy in mind, with twin beds, closet and storage space, and a workspace. Some rooms have an attached private bathroom.

Join us for our Mural Event!

Location: E 17th Street, Oakland (just south of Lake Merritt)
Last month, with a handful of volunteers and donated supplies, we started on our "beautification project" to transform our outdoor common space with a vibrant mural. Next week we are going to complete the mural - again with the help of our community. We'll have music, snacks and good company... lend a hand or just hang out and watch the creative process :)
